The First Tee of Greater Dallas

Dennis Palmer is President and Chief Operating Officer at Building Solutions, a national real estate advisor for facility assessments and capital projects. In his role, Dennis oversees the entire organization and ensures the company is advancing their overall goals. Dennis has been with the company for over 10 years, where he started as an associate in 2011 and he has steadily risen through the company because of his dedication and immense experience in the field. Dennis takes pride in his ability to be a connector, working with architects and construction to bridge the gap between the conceptual and the real, built-in design -- all with a practical eye.

Dennis has been an entrepreneur from an early age. In his early 20s, he started his first company, Billings Indesign Construction, a full-service architecture and construction firm that offered a turnkey solution for large scale remodels. He later gained valuable career experience at global firms, like HKS Architects, leading notable projects such as AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX, and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX and The LaSalle Group. Through these experiences, Dennis honed his expertise in architecture, construction, and project planning.

A Dallas native, Dennis is engaged with various community organizations throughout the state of Texas. He currently serves on the Diocesan Interracial Task Force, Big Thought Headquarters Task Force, and St. Philip’s Community Advancement Committee to name a few. Additionally, he helped spearhead Building Solutions’ “Building Solutions for Brighter Futures” campaign, a year-long initiative to bring awareness to the inequities in school facilities and champion successful learning environments for K-12 students in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Dennis has obtained several professional accreditations over the years, the most noteworthy include LEED EB O+M with the U.S. Green Building Council and Construction Documents Technology with Construction Specifications Institute.
