Zoning Representation

Usually as part of establishing a site master plan or implementing a development project, a qualified firm (like Building Solutions) will assemble a team to negotiate terms of development that best serve our client. When designated as the representative, our role is to orchestrate civil engineers, traffic and illumination consultants, land planners, and others to respond to city and neighborhood requirements. A permit expediter, land use attorney, and/or planning ombudsman may also be on the team.
