Asbestos Survey

Unless noted as “limited”, refers to a complete sampling protocol—generally three samples of each homogeneous material in a space—along with laboratory analysis and a written report that indicates the percentage and type of any asbestos that is found in the samples. Note that an Asbestos Survey is not required in the ASTM standard Environmental Site Assessments. If you want an asbestos survey as part of a Level One ESA, you should specify. (Building Solutions provides a limited asbestos survey with each ESA, but that is an above-standard practice.)
