Asbestos Management

When asbestos containing materials (ACM) are identified in a building, the responsible party representing the property owner assumes a number of tasks that are collectively referred to as “asbestos management”. In general, these involve notifying people who “need to know”, initiating emergency response actions, and maintaining compliance.
