Asbestos O&M

An asbestos “operations and maintenance program” is required by federal regulation to inform users working around asbestos containing material that has been identified in a building, has not been abated, but which the property owner has opted to “manage in place”. These plans are valid when prepared by qualified individuals who are properly certified.
