Accessibility Survey

Refers generally to a physical inspection of property to determine areas of non-conformance with handicap accessibility regulations, including but not limited to regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Some states and local governments have adopted accessibility codes that are slightly different from the ADA, so the term ADA survey is usually interpreted as being more limited to that set of regulations.
