Maintenance Programs
Formally defined programs for operating a facility or campus are often prescribed in our condition assessments and facility audits. We inventory all equipment and maintainable surfaces and recommend specific preventive maintenance tasks at recommended frequency. Sometimes, we incorporate this program into a web-enabled software product of the client’s choosing. We’ve introduced a specialized product, School Dude, into many independent schools where the client has not had preferences for other systems.
