Personal Profile

 

Bill Keslar founded Building Solutions, a real estate and facilities technical advisory firm, in 1990 in Dallas, TX. The company has served the commercial real estate industry and most notably, private, K-12 education institutions across the United States, for over 30 years. Today, Building Solutions is the market leader in services pertaining to facilities operations, capital planning, and campus development for private and parochial schools in the U.S.

 

Prior to starting Building Solutions, Bill was a partner in a local real estate property management and leasing company and general manager of a 100-person southwest regional office for one of the nation’s largest engineering and infrastructure development firms.

 

Bill has served as a Trustee of Voice of Hope Ministries, Ursuline Academy of Dallas, and St. Philip’s School and Community Center. He is also a member of the Dallas Police Department Community Advisory Board. Through his leadership at Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration and Preston Center Rotary Club, he has influenced its community service activities.
