Personal Profile

When not pursuing his passion for his work, Bill is often found cycling with friends. Another interest is fostering youth leadership development through civic organizations and church. Despite far-from-perfect attendance at his Rotary Club, his peers have honored him as club president and other offices over the years. Along with his wife, Sandy and daughter, Emily, their all-time favorite Rotary activity has been hosting eight different Rotary foreign exchange students in their home and attending international conventions around the world. That led to a weekly routine of Spanish language tutoring, which continues off and on. Before becoming a soccer dad, he was learning to play the cello from a local chamber music professional. The cello is now in the closet, but Bill promises that it will come back out soon.
