Services to ESD have run the full gamut, from assessment and problem-solving to full scale outsourced facility management.  As in-house staffing and campus requirements have changed over the past two decades, Building Solutions has served in these many roles.  Project examples include assistance in roof damage insurance claims and replacement specifications, waterproofing restoration of the three original buildings, repaving, construction of outdoor athletic facilities, and major interior renovations.  Several facility audits have been conducted, on the main campus and at the elementary campus.  In 2003, Building Solutions was the campus facility manager on an interim basis and in that capacity, successfully established a self-sufficient, technically-qualified facilities team for ESD.
