Due to its congregational growth, the Church was in need of a new facility to replace its current location. Building Solutions was retained to provide Owner’s Representation Services including Program Management, Project Management, and Construction Management services. Building Solutions established project goals and guided the Church leadership and committees in prioritizing “needs” vs. “wants” which determined the most cost effective design solution while avoiding costly programming errors and re-design efforts. The team orchestrated the architect selection process and worked closely with the selected design team to develop efficient construction solutions to meet the Church’s desired outcome.
