Kevin Folsom, CEFP, CEP

Kevin Folsom is the Director of Special Projects at Building Solutions. He was formerly the Director of Operations at Trinity Christian Academy, holding that position for the last seven years. Before that he had a 25-year stint at Dallas Theological Seminary. Kevin is a long time member and devoted member of APPA, one of the founders of the DFW chapter, and is currently the Chair of the APPA Standards and Code Council. He is now a CEFP (Certified Education Facility Professional), the highest designation awarded by APPA.

Kevin is married to Stephanie and they have two children and one grand child. He loves to read about history, biographies of influential people, and an occasional political or fiction topic.

Kevin enjoys home cooked meals with emphasis on smoked and grilled flavors and loves to cook. He considers working on efficient systems as fun.
