Fellowship Christian School | Roswell, GA

Fellowship Christian School (FCS) is a Christ-centered, college preparatory, independent, nondenominational covenant school that serves students in grades PreK-12. Established in 1986, the campus is located in Roswell, Georgia, a city known for its historical house museums and cultural arts.

FCS enrolls 800+ PK-12 students supporting preparatory curriculum that includes honors and Advanced Placement classes, 53 athletic teams, and an award-winning fine arts program encompassing visual, musical and theatrical skill development. The 33-acre campus consists of 2 buildings totaling 127,000 SF, in addition to playing fields for football, track and field, baseball, and tennis. This was the School’s first facility condition assessment and Building Solutions helped them identify key building system replacement needs within their growing and developing campus.

Going forward, FCS will be able to direct funds towards capital replacement of major building systems, fixtures, and equipment. Building Solutions emphasized the importance of routine maintenance and scheduled replacement of these building systems in order to preserve their existing buildings and programs.
