Monica is a Senior Associate in our assessment department. She brings over 13 years of Project Engineering, Project Management, and Property Condition Assessments. She has worked on assignments for Multi-Family Buildings, Hotels, Retail Buildings, Office Buildings, Industrial Complexes, Commercial Real Estate, High Rises, Congregate Care, Hospitals, and Medical Buildings.

Monica is a California native and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University and an Associate of Arts in Architectural Drafting from Saddleback College.
