Performed by independent, certified roofing consultants (like ours) to identify maintenance needs and update the forecast of remaining life of the system. This is done for roofs in particular because of its exposure to the elements, the exorbitant cost associated with deferring maintenance (i.e. not addressing deficiencies promptly), and the consequences of system failure.
